You can be part of the program by invitation only. In order to qualify for this invitation, all you need is to have an active Sportsbook.com account and bet as often as you’d like.

2) What do I get if I join? You get many rewards and benefits that our regular customers don't usually receive. Our program is divided into three levels: Member, VIP and Platinum. Each level has its own list of exclusive benefits which you can view by clicking here.

3) Do I have to pay an application fee to be a member? No, it’s absolutely free to join

5) How do I get the free picks from Vegas Insider? We will notify you via email, with a special link and information on how to redeem your Premium picks package with Vegas Insider.

7) How can I get a discount with ticketplayground.com when I buy my tickets to the game? To enjoy this benefit immediately simply identify yourself as an MVP program member when placing a purchase. In the Purchase Order page after you’ve selected your tickets, enter your CID (customer identification number) in the DISCOUNT CODE field and then below, in the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS field, enter this text: Sportsbook.com MVP.
After the purchase is done, Ticketplayground will reimburses Sportsbook.com for 15%. Sportsbook.com will then deposit the 15% in your account as v-chips.

8) It’s my birthday.  How do I claim my gift/bonus? You will be contacted via email on your birthday.

9) How can I move up a level to VIP or Platinum? Keep on betting with Sportsbook.com.  We review accounts every month.

10) I have never received a gift from Sportsbook.com.  When do I get one? If you have joined the MVP program and your account is active after 3 months, you will be receiving a seasonal gift.

11) If I submit my CID for review, when do I find out if I have been accepted into the MVP program? Please feel free to submit your CID for review. The reviews take place on a monthly basis and you will be notified via email as to whether or not you qualify as soon as your details have been processed.
